LeBron James seemed to reinjure his right elbow in the Cleveland Cavaliers' series-clinching victory over the Chicago Bulls.

James scored 19 points -- 16 in the second half -- and added 10 rebounds and nine assists as the Cavs finally saddled the stubborn Bulls to win the series 4-1.

James doesn't know when he injured the elbow, which he said bothered him the entire second half. TNT showed replays of James landing on the elbow and grimacing after trying to block a shot early in the second half.

James revealed after the game that he underwent an MRI and X-rays on Monday. Results came back clean, according to the Cavaliers.

James will have follow-up evaluation by team doctors and will undergo treatment beginning Wednesday. No tests are scheduled, but the evaluation could involve further testing.

The Cavaliers are not practicing on Wednesday. Their Eastern Conference semifinal series with the Boston Celtics won't begin until Saturday, so James will have several days to rest the elbow.

"It bothers me because I don't know what it is," James said. "Hopefully it doesn't continue to bother me. But I'm not concerned. Cleveland fans have nothing to worry about. They have no reason to panic. I don't think it's that serious."

James said after the game that the elbow injury felt like hitting your funny bone.

Late in the game, after James was fouled, he made one free throw to make the score 96-92, but shot the second free throw with his left hand and missed badly. He then held the arm gingerly after the game and shook hands with his left.

"I don't know what is up with it, but I'm ready to play," he told reporters before the game.

"Hopefully, it's nothing bad," Cavs center Shaquille O'Neal said.

I Lakers giocano male ma intanto non vedo come non possano arrivare in finale. Jazz enormi, ma alla lunga le assenze peseranno.
E comunque son superiori agli Spurs e (di molto) ai Suns.
