    domanda.
    la faccio qui perché non so se è un bug.

    sono alla nave e ho notato che alcolizzando cardan mi fa prezzi migliori. l'ideale è con 2 bottiglie di vodka, perché alla 3 collassa... gli ho dato 2 bottiglie e poi ho aggiustato tutte le armi che volevo tenere o vendere, poi le ho vendute ad owl ed ho salvato.

    ricarico: nel dialogo continua a comparire la frase sulla terza bottiglia, ma i prezzi che mi applica sono quelli standard, come se non gli avessi dato nulla. niente di grave, ci passerò + tardi x finire il lavoro, ma volevo sapere se capitava solo a me...

    penso sia normale, perchè ho notato che la differenza è che se non gli dai le prime due bottiglie non ti fa i potenziamenti medi e alti di armi e tute, esce proprio il messaggio in rosso "il tecnico necessita di alcool".

    ok come al solito faccio fatica a farmi capire

    ho un'arma danneggiata, vedo che mi chiede un prezzo (tipo 200) x ripararla. gli do 2 bottiglie e mi chiede 160. non lo faccio. salvo.

    ricarico. ci parlo, nel dialogo parla della terza bottiglia (quindi il gioco ha memorizzato che gliene ho appena date 2) e provo a riparare l'arma. non mi chiede + 160, ma di nuovo 200.

    è questo che trovo strano... no?

    ...forse devi farli passare la sbronza e poi ridarli altre 2 bottiglie, quindi prova a darli 2 bottiglie a farti sistemare quello che devi, per poi venderli.

    Successivamente fai passare non so qualche ora, una giornata e poi vedi se puoi ripetere la routine

    volevo segnalare che sembro aver risolto l'ultimo crash fisso nei cunicoli sotto la stazione di rifornimento con dx10 + 4870.

    ho fatto due cose: disattivato l'audio/hdmi della 4870 (che cmq non usavo) e poi impostato "bilanciato" nel ccc (quindi riattivando la catalyst ai che però non sembra aver dato problemi nella prova rapida che ho fatto). così posso girare nei cunicoli senza problemi. ora devo vedere se con l'ai mi fa il crash nei pressi delle anomalie (motivo per cui la disattivai), altrimenti sembro aver trovato la stabilità.

    fermo restando che prima di questo crash ho passato due ore e mezza a girare e trovare elicotteri/attrezzi/artefatti senza il minimo problema.

    purtroppo oggi ho potuto solo fare una prova rapida, domani forse riesco a farmi una sessione più approfondita e confermare il tutto.

    Io ho notato questa cosa nella prima sessione "intensa" di gioco:

    praticamente ogni qualvolta arrivo in un posto con npc fissi presenti (nave, accampamenti di stalker o altro) lo trovo vuoto. Dopo pochi secondi il gioco freeza per qualche istante, carica, e finito il freeze appaiono magicamente gli NPC. Niente di grave ma è un po' fastidioso.

    Ho 4 GB di RAM, non dovrebbe swappare così tanto (su SoC mai successo). C'è qualche rimedio ?

    Prova ad aumentare la dimensione del file di swap

    ok, ho disinstallato comodo del tutto, ho sistemato i settings, etc etc. ho un i7 920 con 6 gb di ram e una 4870 con 512 mb di memoria. windows 7 64 bit installato da poco. catalyst 10.2.

    mi è uscito fuori un problema, non si blocca più tutto con obbligo di reset (o non sempre, diciamo una volta ogni 4-5 ripetizioni del problema). sono davanti a un nuovo "crash" sistematico (quando vado al ponte per il gas la prima volta). lo schermo si fa nero, si sentono i suoni e posso sparare (sento il suono), cambiare arma e così via, non mi ha fatto il quicksave però quando ho provato. posso chiudere premendo esc (uscita al menu), alt+f4 e poi invio.


    così facendo mi crea il log almeno (se devo resettare non lo crea ). me lo sono guardato ma non trovo nulla che non vada. lo posto sotto spoiler e magari qualcuno puo aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema. prima del crash ho fatto senza problemi la missione dei documenti dai mercenari, e tutta la prima parte di questa missione (fino al ponte).

    ho provato anche a caricare salvataggi di un po dietro (al ritorno alla nave dopo la prima parte di questa missione), non ho provato ad andare ancora più indietro, ma in realtà vorrei risolvere una volta e per tutte, se possibile.

    edit2: sistemato, per completezza: gioco in dx10, hbao e tutto al massimo, aa4x.

    aggiornamento: allora il crash l'ho aggirato mettendo l'illuminazione in completa non potenziata e dopo aver ispezionato la cassa mi sono allontanato un po e poi ho rimesso la completa potenziata dx10 e tutto ok apparentemente, anche tornando alla cassa e riesaminandola. anche la completa potenziata non dx10 mi faceva crashare. la stessa cosa l'ho fatta per il crash nei tunnel nella quest di snag. c'è modo di evitare di dover fare questo ogni tot?

    edit: infatti lo ha rifatto appena mi sono avvicinato all'anomalia artiglio. sono riuscito a beccare il log anche qua, vedo se trovo qualcosa di diverso.

    edit: disinstallato e reinstallato i driver. lo rifa. disattivato la catalyst AI, non lo fa. a questo punto credo sia solo un problema con i driver 10.2 e forse i precedenti (non li ho provati).

    mi è uscito fuori un problema, non si blocca più tutto con obbligo di reset (o non sempre, diciamo una volta ogni 4-5 ripetizioni del problema). sono davanti a un nuovo "crash" sistematico (quando vado al ponte per il gas la prima volta). lo schermo si fa nero, si sentono i suoni e posso sparare (sento il suono), cambiare arma e così via, non mi ha fatto il quicksave però quando ho provato. posso chiudere premendo esc (uscita al menu), alt+f4 e poi invio.


    così facendo mi crea il log almeno (se devo resettare non lo crea ). me lo sono guardato ma non trovo nulla che non vada. lo posto sotto spoiler e magari qualcuno puo aiutarmi a risolvere questo problema. prima del crash ho fatto senza problemi la missione dei documenti dai mercenari, e tutta la prima parte di questa missione (fino al ponte).

    ho provato anche a caricare salvataggi di un po dietro (al ritorno alla nave dopo la prima parte di questa missione), non ho provato ad andare ancora più indietro, ma in realtà vorrei risolvere una volta e per tutte, se possibile.

    aggiornamento: allora il crash l'ho aggirato mettendo l'illuminazione in completa non potenziata e dopo aver ispezionato la cassa mi sono allontanato un po e poi ho rimesso la completa potenziata dx10 e tutto ok apparentemente, anche tornando alla cassa e riesaminandola. anche la completa potenziata non dx10 mi faceva crashare. la stessa cosa l'ho fatta per il crash nei tunnel nella quest di snag. c'è modo di evitare di dover fare questo ogni tot?

    edit: infatti lo ha rifatto appena mi sono avvicinato all'anomalia artiglio. sono riuscito a beccare il log anche qua, vedo se trovo qualcosa di diverso.

    edit: disinstallato e reinstallato i driver. lo rifa. disattivato la catalyst AI, non lo fa. a questo punto credo sia solo un problema con i driver 10.2 e forse i precedenti (non li ho provati).
    Si deve essere un problema con i driver video, prova a mandare una mail alla gsc spiegando il problema e vedi ke ti dicono (il loro indirizzo email è nella prima pagina del thread). Assicurati però di non utilizzare nessun mod nè exe o dll modificati. Facci sapere.

    Ho qualche problema di troppo


    In parole povere, mentre gioco casualmente il gioco ritorna al desktop senza alcun motivo apparente, ho notato che lo strano "fenomeno" si intensifica durante i dialoghi, spesso quando ne lasciamo uno.


    esempio, quando andiamo nella tana dei succhiasangue e ritorniamo alla nave per la tanica, appena lasciato l'interlocutore tramite la finestra di dialogo il gioco va a desktop.


    Ho provato a reinstallare ed è sorto un altro problema, mi diceva cannot open file non so come si scrive.ltx , insomma non me lo faceva neanche lanciare.

    Ho reinstallato il gioco una terza volta e parte(misteri ) ma continua ad uscirmi al desktop a random, se navigo nella zona si gioca 10 minuti, ma nei dialoghi il ritorno al desktop è troppo frequente. help\consigli\suggerimenti.

    confermo, anche io, come detto ho problemi con una 4870 e win 7 64.

    che impostazioni usi hexen?

    per il mio caso aggiorno un po: oggi ho formattato ancora un paio di volte per fare delle prove a pc pulito, ho provato sia i 9.7 (li installa 7 da se) che i 10.2 e il problema è identico. chiaramente tutto con solo i driver e CoP sul pc, nessun altro programma esterno.

    a questo punto il problema sta o nel gioco e quindi serve una patch, o nel sistema operativo (ma non credo) o nella mia scheda (che però con arma 2, nba 2k10 e pes non da problemi, ma sono tutti giochi in dx9, non so se puo essere quello- CoP da problemi anche in dx9, cmq).

    ho una mezza idea di prendermi una 5850, visto anche la situazione di nvidia. magari riesco anche a giocare a CoP con meno problemi (alla fine storto o morto ho quasi finito tutte le quest di zaton e sto per andare a jupiter, nonostante i crash).

    anche io e mi da problemi, come detto.

    ma c'è anche chi lo ha giocato su win 7 64 senza problemi, ma non sono riuscito a capire con precisione le impostazioni.

    poi sinceramente io vorrei giocarlo anche con buone impostazioni grafiche visto che quando non crasha il gioco va liscio.

    Boh io sono stabilissimo, MA

    non c'è verso di giocare con le DX10.

    Win Vista 32 Home Premium con tutti i Service Pack, DirectX aggiornate ieri, ATI Radeon 4650 HD, driver Catalyst 10.3, 4 Gb di RAM, Centrino Dual Core 2.200.

    Ho provato con tutti i driver ATI che possono funzionare su portatile (9.1, 9.12, 10.3) e non c'è verso. Se metto le DX10 il gioco si freeza appena clicco su Carica Partita o Nuova Partita e il crash è così violento che non crea neanche il log (il file c'è ma è completamente bianco).

    Ho fatto prove a diversi livelli di dettaglio, con e senza Catalyst AI, nessuna differenza.

    A questo punto mi arrendo e continuo a giocarlo in DX9 al massimo di tutto perchè sinceramente non so cos'altro potrei ancora aggiornare

    ok, oggi ci sono stato un po più appresso visto che ho avuto anche la giornata libera e alla fine credo proprio che la colpa fosse della temperatura ( per me).

    l'avevo esclusa all'inizio (ci avevo pensato) perchè avevo impostato un profilo con controllo della ventola che doveva tenere le temperature basse (e infatti mai avuto problemi, nemmeno con mattoni come arma 2, anche se quello forse pesa più sulla cpu, che per fortuna non ha problemi di temperature).

    dopo aver provato di tutto, ho letto in giro di problemi di temp delle 4870, la mia ha anche un leggero oc di fabbrica (50hz su gpu e memorie, niente di che), ma come detto mai problemi prima. cmq ho abbassato le frequenze a 750/900, ho messo la ventola fissa al 45%, e mi sono fatto un'oretta di partita senza problemi anche in quei punti/condizioni che causavano crash (certi tunnel, certi passaggi di alcune missioni), che evidentemente stressavano particolarmente la gpu.

    ora non so se ho risolto davvero o come è capitato altre volte (prima con comodo, poi con la AI che ho riattivato senza problemi) il crash si ripresenterà. ma mi trovo anche col log stranamente "normale".

    per sicurezza cmq ho messo i catalyst 9.12 e non i 10.2, con i 10.3 vedrò il da farsi.

    spero che sia finita e che possa tornare utile a qualcun altro questa tarantella.

    edit: oggi mi sono potuto fare un'altra oretta e mezza, con la ventola sparata al 50% nessun problema, quindi credo (spero) di aver risolto. anche se ho il timore che la scheda stia partendo visto che mi è uscito anche un BSOD (ventola a default) lanciando nba 2k10 (in passato mai successo, ne ho mai avuto problemi con questo gioco). non è il processore (testato con occt linpack e ha ottime temp), non ho testato la ram o gli hd ma a parte i giochi non mi danno problemi ne su win ne su ubuntu, e mi sentirei di escluderli (visto anche i problemi con la vga precedenti al BSOD). risolto mettendo la ventola al 30% di base e poi carico il profilo al 50% per stalker.

    intanto comincio a cercare una 5850 a buon prezzo e taglio la testa al toro.

    Sono alla base militare di Pripyat, sono stracarico di roba e voglio andare al baule personale per scaricare un po'. Bene, faccio riparare gratis due o tre cose, il peso aumenta e non mi muovo più ... Allora lascio a terra alcune cose, un paio di armi ed un'armatura, con lo scopo di portarli uno alla volta nel baule. Beh, succede che metto via la tuta e quando torno a prendere i fucili che ho lasciato in terra pochi passi più indietro ... sono spariti !!! Porc******, mi ha fregato due armi !

    E' capitato a qualcun altro ?

    problema di crash.

    ho una nvidia 8800gtx e vista32. ogni tanto mi crasha dandomi un errore di xrayengine1.6 e mi compare anche una finestra in cui potrei visualizzare il log ed eventualmente spedirlo.

    tipicamente mi capita quando dovrei cambiare mappa tramite pilot (il gioco fa l'autosave ma poi anche ricaricandolo crasha).

    ho provato anche a sostituire il gioco con un exe modificato ed anche a giocare senza supporto inserito, ma risultati praticamente uguali. unici miglioramenti li ho avuti togliendo l'atmosfear... ma tuttavia ancora crasha.

    che posso provare a fare?
