Quindi dovresti procedere così: disinstalli NV, elimini le cartelle rimaste, reinstalli NV, reinstalli le mods una ad una e la prima che ti dà problemi la togli.

solitamente se elimini l'entry di una creatura(che nel caso delle mosche è Cr_BloatFly), non devi eliminare nient'altro,ma io per sicurezza ho cavato tutto
