    Patch 1.0.8 has now hit The Steam. We’ll be pushing patches out to the Humble Indie Bundle download-page and to Desura shortly. There are a few crashes that slipped by us – most notably, one crash in the crafting system, one crash drinking the new Diggle Nog, and one crash with the new vending machine looting; we’ll be mopping those up and putting out a hotfix tonight. We’re also not sure what’s going on with OS X yet, other than “a very bad thing”, but we’re trying to get this sorted out as well. Our current theory is that Dredmor is being haunted by the vengeful ghost of Steve Jobs, who was never keen on having games for OS X anyway.
    … so, yeah. Hang tight, we’ll get this sorted, and in the mean time don’t drink the Diggle Nog. (This is good advice for life.)
    DLC: We’re still waiting on a release date from Valve for this, but it is done. Unfortunately, the media seems to be running with the idea that it is out today as well. It’s not. It’ll be a bit; everything gets very silly at Christmas.
    There has also been a request for a Changelog: we’ve posted it below.

    CHANGELOG (from 1.0.6 to 1.0.
    - A female hero has been added to the game.
    - Added Modding Support! (Use at your own risk.)
    - Added No Time To Grind mode: shorter dungeon levels, more monster XP.
    - All skill trees now have a minimum of 5 skills.
    - Added support for polymorphing. (More of this in the DLC.)
    - Wand tree has been completely revised. Wands now use traditional charges, and the wand lore tree now contains Wandcrafting instead.
    - Added n-dimensional lathe to craft wands.
    - Added new crafting interface; we stole the old one from Minecraft, we stole the new one from Terraria.
    - Added belt, glove, and pant slots. Added belts, gloves, and pants (10 of each)
    - Added some more items.
    - Added anti-magic field sprayers and anti-magic effects.
    - Added monster taxonomy flags.
    - Removed the Deadshot skill tree; pushed its stuff into Perception and Crossbowery.
    - Fountains will now occasionally give you a ring or amulet.
    - Added the Powder of Ibn Ghazi. Go see those Eldritch Horrors.
    - Added a colorblind correction mode, for players with red/green colorblindness (proteranopia/deuteranopia)
    - Added mute buttons to start panel.
    - Set some custom blockers to be immobile (fixes the “mad flying grate” things.)
    - 2X inventory.
    - spellmines now fire on each gameplay tick, rather than if you move through them
    - Changed XP giving formula for “It Belongs in a Museum”
    - Added grated cheese and meat!
    - Added new key binding support.
    - Added unique items for all buff effects.
    - Added new “unarmed attack” sound variations.
    - Added a new vending machine for craftables.
    - Some work on the Minimap.
    - Added % chance flag for room blockers.
    - Added room scripting support.
    - More robust item spawning.
    - Added monster AI improvement: “chicken flag”
    - Secret hidden fun rooms.
    - FIXED: flying pets.
    - FIXED: Armour now correctly gives damage bonuses. (Cybertronic Orb, Magma Orb)
    - FIXED: timing bug with clicking allows the player to bypass monster turns
    - FIXED: The Axekeytar now actually shoots rocks.
    - FIXED: Broken magic tutorial in 1.0.7.
    - FIXED: various monster stealing issues.
    - FIXED: monsters will now corrupt anything, not just your artifact weapons.
    - FIXED: passable flags being reset on save/load
    - FIXED: various things not giving you blasting damage
    - FIXED: Used inconsequentia statues now look different from Spent Ones.
    - FIXED: probably some other bugs, but we can’t remember what they are.
    - REBALANCING: like crazy. Post your favourite nerf here and win a small, meaningless prize.
    - ACHIEVEMENTS: Some new achievements. (Some of which are DLC only.)

    cmq è probabile che arrivi una (o più) minipatch. anche prima dell'espansione. sono stati segnalati alcuni bug (non dovrebbero essere particolarmente gravi).

    il vampirismo è ribilanciato, il ramo archeologico, burglary ha la skill per i lockpick gratis come ultima e non più come prima.

    direi che in generale tutte le skill a tre sono state ritarate.

    edit: ah, poi ora si può craftare solo la roba di cui si conosce la ricetta.

    se lo hai su steam o desura si autoaggiorna. desura non ho controllato ancora se sia uscita o meno. se lo hai preso con il bundle devi andare a vedere sulla tua pagina se hanno uploadato o meno la patch.

    A hotfix for 1.0.8 has now been sent to Steam, which fixes the vending machine crashes, the skill selection crashes, the crafting toolkit crashes, (hopefully!) everybody’s old 1.0.6 save games, and a few other things. It’s not up yet, but when it’s up we will let you know. We’re in the process of building new packages for Desura, and for HiB users.
    EDIT: This includes a fix for the OS X version. Steve Jobs’s ghost has been laid to rest with the ritual offering of a black turtleneck sweater.

    direi che domani dovrebbero essere aggiornate tutte le versioni.

    ok, il DLC è uscito ma non è ancora tutto ok:

    The Dungeons of Dredmor expansion Realm of the Diggle Gods is almost up. Unfortunately we have no clear ETA but we suspect it will either be late tonight or tomorrow morning. Right now it appears that the issue is to do with a code package not yet being connected to the DLC on Steam’s end (if you purchase it right now, that purchase is tied to a “test app”).
    Rest assured that we will let you know here and by twitter as soon as it is up. If you have plunked down your hard-earned cash you will indeed get what you paid for: Werediggles.

    Ma io non ho capito, per entrare nell'espansione devi scendere oltre il livello 10 dei dungeon o puoi cominciarla a parte?

    eh infatti,ho comprato il dlc ma non vedo le nuove skill (personaggio nuovo) e non si riesce a capire se il dlc è caricato o no

    DLC has been taken offline while we and Valve try to straighten out what is going on. Diggle construction crews work furiously.

    il primo piano è cosi difficile con le skill casuali

    comunque nessuna build preferita per me...basta che ci sia dentro vampirismo altrimenti non vado avanti. adesso sto provando il ramo dei diggles mannari (del dlc), uno spettacolo

    (David is still away, so we have to re-use banner art. Let’s put the Giant Pink Scorpion Diggle up again, in the hopes that that doesn’t happen to us…)
    Dredmor Patch 1.0.9 has now been sent off to Steam, Desura, *and* the Humble Bundle! Finally. These fine groups of people will get it up in their own sweet time, but we’ve sent it and our part is (hopefully) done. We are desperately praying that nothing new blows up, because if it does… well, Christmas is cancelled forever.
    Changelog below the cut. Patch 1.0.9 doesn’t fix everything; some things, such as fixing Blackjack and some of the stickier issues are going to have to wait until January, but it ended up being more comprehensive than I originally planned. As is traditional, we’ll put a little note on this post once Steam puts the patch up and it doesn’t go Blooie. We are still hoping to get the DLC into the hands of our loyal Desura and Humble-Bundlers some time in the New Year; dealing with the actual Diggle Gods release, as well as the massive influx of new users as a result of our Steam Sale has been… a bit overwhelming.
    With this last responsibility complete, I am now going to try and get all my Christmas shopping done in 48 hours. The office will be sort-of-closed-ish until some time after Boxing Day.
    On behalf of David, Daniel, and myself, as well as the rest of the Dredmor crew: Happy Holidays, and thanks for making 2011 so awesome. It has been nothing short of an amazing year for Gaslamp. The day before Dredmor launched on Steam, we sat around wondering what would happen, and Daniel noted, quite famously, “Well, hopefully we sell enough copies of Dredmor that we can buy a nice bottle of Scotch or something.” We have exceeded that beyond our wildest dreams – I, for one, am still vastly confused about what exactly happened – and we are grateful and humbled by the support that the PC gaming community, our user base, the gaming media, and our friends, have given us over the course of the year. Through ups and downs, highs and lows, Steam Sales and Scorpion Diggles, you’ve been awesome. It’s been a pleasure to make games for your enjoyment.
    We’re really looking forward to 2012. (You have been warned.)

    Preso gioco ed espansione con gli sconti di natale, bellissimo ma non capisco una cosa: dove si vede il totale di zorkmids? ho cercato per ore in tutte le varie schermate senza trovare niente

    Aggiornato alla 1.0.9. adesso come carico un qualsiasi salvataggio il pg continua a teletrasportarsi, in modo random, appena fatto un passo, rendendo tutto ingiocabile.
