Domanda: in L4D ho attivato la console, ma quando vado a cliccare su qualsiasi pulsante "Campagna", "Avversario" ecc ecc e poi magari torno indietro la console sparisce....esiste un modo per non farla sparire o legarla ad un tasto?

Fatta ancora oggi pomeriggio stavolta io son arrivato fino in fondo...mentre Nuke e Sou un pelo prima che si erano stancati...tra l'altro ho fatto un finale dei 4 random che ci sono.

bel reportage Daves.
Alcune mappe verso la fine avevano un po' poco senso comunque
dopo le fogne non capivo mica bene cosa o dove si doveva andare, anche se c'è da dire che tra "stanchezza" e il tipo che faceva il centometrista di corsa ho apprezzato forse meno la cosa.
Dovremmo spezzare in due tempi la partita la prox volta partiamo almeno da metà o dalle fogne... cosi riusciamo ad arrivare alla fine

Dopo le fogne in effetti la campagna perde un po' di smalto, ma se te la fai in tranquillità senza nessuno che corre di qua e di la senza aspettarti capisci molto di più, infatti quando l'ho rifatta senza Bolt son andato parecchio bene ed ho capito dove bisognava andare. Il bug della porta del faro è un bug rinomato...quindi è consigliabile aprirla una volta e basta, perchè se ci rimani impigliato muori.

ci sono tutti gli update man mano che escono e ho visto che le versioni che girano nelle partite sono sempre quelle aggiornate.

PS:se qualcuno vuole giocare queste sere ci sono,visto che sarò bloccato in casa da influenza -.-"

Ieri ci ho provato a scaricarla dal sito che hai postato tu ma quando andavo ad aprire il .rar mi dava errore....allora ho riprovato, stesso errore (file corrotti)

Si lo da anche a me.Boh..sul sito però dice che è stata aggiornata e se provi a entrare in una partita adesso ti dice di scaricare l'add-on,il che vuole dire che gli altri giocatori hanno un'altra versione.
E se clicchi su "scarica add-on" ti manda li...

Boh...adesso mi sta facendo scaricare anche suicide blitz perchè sembra sia stata aggiornata anche quella.

Nel senso che quando hai una versione non aggiornata anzichè "unisciti" hai la scritta "scarica add-on" con,in teoria,il link alla pagina di download.

Nel caso di Fort Noesis linka alla pagina ufficiale di Noesis Interactive.

Provo anche io a scaricare dal L4Dmaps sperando che sia quella buona,sennò boh...aspetto che mettano un link funzionante...

The Passing - And More?

Left 4 Dead DLC Update:

Valve has thrown us a bone and mentioned Left 4 Dead in the release of the April 22nd L4D2 dlc The Passing.

The new dlc just released for Left 4 Dead 2 features a 3-part campaign where the sequel’s characters cross paths with the survivors of the first Left 4 Dead. This was something that many fans feared was the death nail for any hope of further L4D dlc, especially since it was revealed after it released that the original character Bill is killed off. Apparently Valve plans to release both a unique original Left 4 Dead dlc campaign and an online comic book intending to show the events that lead up to The Passing. So there is the first mention of specifics for the long awaited Left 4 Dead dlc - a new campaign that explains the dlc just released for Left 4 Dead 2.

You can expect this L4D dlc “sometime” after the release of The Passing for L4D2, according to the Steam blog. So I’ll keep my ears open for when that will be and what exactly it may contain.

Group News:

Not really a hotbed of group activity to report since there hasn’t been any dlc, or reason to discontinue the boycott for most members. We’ve contracted in size 10% since our peak membership in March, a trend I’d point to Left 4 Dead 2’s constant sale status and Valve’s success in pretty much abandoning the L4D community. I don’t begrudge anybody buying the sequel if its 20 dollars or less, which is what many boycotters felt would be a fair price for it - but for myself and for those who remain in the group the natural depreciation for the game’s price isn’t at all a carrot from Valve to make amends with a scorned community, and I don’t plan on buying it just because it’s cheaper 7 months later.

Opinion:

As a PC gamer using steam, constantly seeing Left 4 Dead 2 ads the past 6 months is getting awfully tiring. I looked up some game sale stats, and Left 4 Dead 2 has woefully underperformed in the PC market ever since it released. Valve has used XBOX reviews and sales data exclusively when pushing L4D2 marketing, claiming in February they were approaching 3 million units sold. At the moment in May, according to gamerankings and vgchartz, L4D2 on XBOX is at 2.65mil units sold and still 100,000 units shy of original Left 4 Dead sales (remember Valve claiming preorders for L4D2 were 4x higher and predicted 4x the game sales in total?) For comparison, this puts Left 4 Dead 2 five million units shy of the success of Call of Duty 4 or GTA IV. My point here is that Left 4 Dead 2 is a marginally successful game, mostly confined to the XBOX market, and it calls into question Valve’s objectivity when they’re permanently plastering their weakly selling title on Steam homepages for more than 6 months. Considering the new Steam is more integrated and cumbersome than ever, more people are going to want some fairness in their reviews and advertising methods if we’re all locked into using the program.

Regarding L4D dlc, It’s my opinion that by now, with practically nobody playing Left 4 Dead anymore, the dlc will be suspended or it will be woefully lacking, being crafted to complete the canon in order to offer some future trilogy or combo pack, rather than as an authentic campaign intended to be played by the original Left 4 Dead gamers.

Confermo che la versione di Fort Noesis che c'è su L4Dmaps è la migliore.

Rispetto a quella precedente hanno fatto un sacco di migliorie.

Graficamente hanno reso diurna la prima mappa con una resa stupenda per quanto riguarda gli effetti di luce,e l'hanno allungata fondendola con la prima parte della seconda,hanno migliorato la resa visiva e una quantità di effetti come quello del fumo dal palazzo colpito dal cannone.

Non sono andato oltre appena riesco a finirla scrivo le impressioni.

Su L4Dmods è apparso un update riguardo Dead before Dawn.La campagna è viva e vegeta,hanno fixato quasi tutti i problemi della beta e fatto modifiche seguendo i feedback della community.Non dovrebbe mancare molto alla release definitiva:

We've taken a lot of feedback from the community and have already fixed maps 2, 3 and 4. We've even managed to get it working in VPK format and have reduced the size of the campaign to around 700mb already. (Our mistake was forgetting all the useless junk that gathered over the years).
Furthermore, we've also changed many of the gameplay events and added more hint systems to help those finding it hard to figure out where to go and what to do. Over the next few weeks, we're going to keep working on the campaign until we've fixed as much as we can or as much as we can find.
For those who still want to play this campaign, in a working fashion, we're sticking to our word to get it out and working.
We will first release it for Left 4 Dead 1 but it will still contain many of the Left 4 Dead 2 features we already implemented (Find the Beer, Gauntlet events and the finale - Dead Center finale was the DBD finale. We changed that a bit now).

Non c'è un filmato,un trailer,un'intervista con qualche dettaglio...

Cioè ha ricevuto più pubblicità quella cosa mediocre di Crash Course.
