inv_grid_width, inv_grid_height sono le proporzioni dell'icona in ui_icons_equipment, con griglia settata a 50*50
inv_grid_x, inv_grid_y sono le coordinate ( il numero di quadratini ) in una griglia settata a 50*50 nel ui_icons_equipment
full_icon_name è il riferimento nel file ui\ui_icons_npc.xml mentre l'immagine del marchiato con tuta va in ui\ui_icons_npc e poi si devono regolare i valori nel file xml
