TGM CVAR and SERVER SETTINGS

CVAR-TGM-2008EU

Download this file. UnZip the compressed file and put the "pbsvuser.cfg" into the folder
/System/pb/

of your server.

IMPORTANT:

Configure PbWebTool before upload the pbsvuser.cfg into your server folder.

How to configure pbwebtool:

Open the file Pbsvuser.cfg

at the end of the file you will find this script:

//PB WebTool
pb_sv_httpPort PORTOFYOURSERVER +3 (1716+3 = 1719)
pb_sv_httpAddr IPOFYOURSERVER
pb_sv_httpRefresh 30
pb_sv_httpKey PASSWORD (send it via email to admin [email protected] before the match)

You have to complete the script with your server data.

Example

//PB WebTool
pb_sv_httpPort 1719
pb_sv_httpAddr 195.43.185.133
pb_sv_httpRefresh 30
pb_sv_httpKey mypbwebtoolpassword

Remember to send via email your IP address and port of PbWebTool and Password before the match to senior-admin

DO NOT POST IT IN MATCH COMMUNICATION

as I'm the "server admin" of my clan(-LSTS-), I'd like to know if it's possible to rename the given "pbsvuser.cfg" in order to keep our usual pb-settings for public playing.

Then the TGM-CVAR will be launched just when we need them (trough "admin pb_sv_load xxx.cfg")


...and just one more thing: do we have to changhe the PBTool password EVERY match, or we can use the same for the whole competition?

I suggest to you to rename the pbsvuser.cfg of your server in
pbsvuser_1.cfg
then put the TGM pbsvuser.cfg in your system\pb folder
and restart the server.

After the match, in 2secons, you will rename
pbsvuser.cfg ---> pbsvuser_tgm.cfg
and
pbsvuser_1.cfg ---> pbsvuser.cfg

and restart server.

This to avoid any problem with PB and overload of the server.
(becouse cleaning of previsius check works not so fine)

P.s. about pbwebtool.
Send to me the "email" with pwd and ip
If you want to change it every match, remember to send to me another email.

Tournament Tab:
* Match Name: TGMCUP Match
* League Name: TGMCUP
* Tournament Name: TGMCUP
* Home “Team”: Defending team
* Visitors “Team”: Attacking team
* Require Team Passwords: Decide it in Match Comm
* “Home” Team Password: Team Choice (post in Match Comms if this is for opposing team)
* “Away” Team Password: Team Choice (post in Match Comms if this is for opposing team)
* Requested Pause length: 90 seconds
* Swap Sides Every: 6 rounds
* Swap Delay: 180
* Mission Planning time: 5 Minutes
* Captain Request Delay: 3 Minutes
* Delay Between Rounds: 15 seconds
* Tie Breaking Rules: Allow Ties
* Use Endex Rule: Off
* Open All Weapons Slots: Off
* Allow Team Captains: On
* Random Side Starts: Off

the highlighted server setting cannot be set!
the maximum is 2 minutes...
