I've been waiting for a couple hours and when I went to take a look at my library again, both games were no more listed in it.

I would have tried one more time, but the special sale has ended and I could just buy that game as it was on sale.

Furthermore, 7.50€ were effectively moved from my paypal account to Steam, so the payment has been done. Here attached is the receipt from paypal.

che mi raccontate di bello ragassuoe? mi mancate un sacco.. io purtroppo ho poco da raccontarvi... lavoro e dormo. questa è la mia vita a bordo. mi collego giusto 2 volte a settimana per chiamare a casa e per vedere cosa succede nel mondo... ancora 173 giorni d'inferno e poi si torna a casa con un bel gruzzolo da spendere tra pc, console, videogame, vacanza, donne e ovviamente il mio desiderio da portare in porto =)

It appears there is a misunderstanding.

I have successfully paid for my product, but yet, I didn't receive it. I can't try the purchase again, cause I have, unfortunately, run out of money on my card (also, the cash was effectively taken from my paypal, as you could see from the screenshot I have attached earlier, so I would be at a loss when trying to purchase again).

My question is: is there a way to solve this issue using any other method, or, in the worst case, be refunded for the money I paid?
