"I appear to have found (for now) the solution, and have effectively stopped having BSOD's for 5 hours straight now (compared to once every 10-120 minutes).
I found a special case where Windows 7 64-bit had a problem with UDP traffic-filtering (Such as Zonealarm etc.), causing Unexpected_kernel_mode_trap with arg 0x8 (EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT). A windows special HotFix should help with this special case and can be found at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/981180/en-us.
The post that led me there can be found here: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itprogeneral/thread/6a22ee15-634a-45d3-88a2-55c60c9a792d
As a side note, I have also terminated Zonelabs for now and if I don't recieve any BSOD, then by tomorrow I will try turning it back on and see if the HotFix did in fact fix the problem (if the BSOD returns, naturally I will reconsider using Zonelabs with win 7 64-bit)."
