Having contacted SDA, it seems that the parcel may have been mistakenly handed to another carrier as they have confirmed they have not received the order as yet, although this may still change. On rare occasions, it can happen that orders are given to the wrong carrier because of the volume of orders that we pass to our carriers.
The order will now need to be treated as if it was sent by a non-trackable method and is still in transit. I'm confident that it'll arrive by 21st May. You can also check the estimated delivery date by clicking the following link:

The other carrier will try to deliver your order, but it may be delayed and arrive a little later than your original estimated delivery date. If you haven't received your order by 29th May, please let us know by replying to this e-mail and we'll do everything we can to help.
We take full responsibility if any item becomes lost during delivery. If the order does not arrive by 29th May, we would arrange for a full refund to be issued back to your payment card as this is currently out of stock. Whilst this is the process we would take, I still believe this order should reach you before this becomes necessary.
