Greetings,
I bought many games and books from Amazon.com, because unfortunately their digital download service isn't available in my country. However yesterday when I tried to buy the Paradox bundles, I found out that I cannot access my account anymore.
I tried to talk with the support and provided my personal billing informations but they told me to wait for an email from the support specialist.
Today I got an email which basically says that they have closed my account and my SO account also and we can do nothing about it.
We can't access the games and books that we have bought anymore, we can't download nor store our steam keys.
Please be aware of this happening to you if you aren't from the USA and bought from them anyway.

Yes,
I got this first email "Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process your order because the billing details provided with your payment method do not completely match the information on file with the card issuer."
I provided my personal informations to the support with my current address and billing informations.
Then I got the second email "This message is to inform you that we have closed your Amazon.com account. We have taken this action because we found this account to be related to previously closed account. In addition, all open orders have been cancelled."
Poi boh, immagino sia il classico che colpisce solo alcuni.
