I miei (pochi) punti non li ho trovati sul totale, mentre rimane la data d'iscrizione nelle statistiche. Forse la spiegazione è questa:
SETI@home completes the switch to BOINC
----------------------------------------------------
SETI@home has completed its transition to BOINC (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing). BOINC, developed at U.C. Berkeley, is a framework for volunteer computing projects like SETI@home.
Switching your computer to the new "SETI@home/BOINC" is easy. Visit http://setiathome.berkeley.edu for instructions. We'll be shutting down the "SETI@home Classic" project on December 15. The workunit totals of users and teams will be frozen at that point, and the final totals will be available on the web.http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/GlobalPrefsAltra cosa, io lo tengo sempre attivo, c'è un modo per dirgli, "fai pure ma quando gioco non sfruttarmi tutta la Cpu?" cioè fare in modo che non mi rallenti mentre gioco?
Esisteranno sicuramente piccoli software, sviluppati da terzi, in grado di gestire la cosa in maniera più articolata.
