Can we test server because we want to be sure about pings and that there is no bullet lag, warping etc.

Nasa server is a good server.
Real problem for you should be "the ping"
anyway, NASA try to set the server
and organize test for P.a.R.

Configure it as TGM rules, or play on PaR server.
