1) cancellare tutti i file in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download
2) aprire windows update
3) aprire una shell coi permessi di amministrazione
4) scrivere wuauclt.exe /updatenow SENZA PREMERE INVIO
It works like this:
- on a legit activated Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 installation you MUST do the Windows 10 upgrade install first, one time only, if you intend to take advantage of Windows 10 being free (of monetary cost). You do not need to have your Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 Product Key handy - it's simply not required at all if your installation is a legit one that's activated; Windows 10 will do the upgrade and when it's done (and you're back online) it'll contact Microsoft and create a hardware hash aka activation hash which is a unique "fingerprint" of the hardware in the machine it's now installed on - that hardware hash becomes the unique "fingerprint" ID of that machine
- after that initial upgrade you're welcome to wipe it and do a clean install of Windows 10 all by itself (meaning not an upgrade) on the same hardware anytime you want - you'll be asked for a Product Key twice during the initial setup; skip the entry of a Product Key both times and just like with the upgrade installation as soon as you're online it will verify the hardware hash against the one stored on Microsoft's servers and voila, it'll be activated and you never ever have to type in any Product Key whatsoever - the hardware hash becomes the activation hash and is what's used to handle the activation from that point on.
I've done this close to 80 times in the past two weeks and it's never been an issue. The only people I hear from that are actually having problems are those using pirated installations of Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 using hacks/cracks/loaders/KMS bypasses and other various forms of ripping off Microsoft just because they can. The only people that will care or input a Product Key will be anyone that actually pays for Windows 10 in a retail channel of some kind, or it may be required after the initial first year when Windows 10 is free as an upgrade on Windows 7, 8, and 8.1.
So, in your specific case here's what I'd suggest:
- make an image aka backup of your current 8.1 installation, if possible, for safe keeping just for the time being
- once that's done, do the Windows 10 upgrade - it's relatively fast if you're working from either an extracted ISO (the contents dumped to a hard drive or SSD and you run the setup.exe file) or from a USB stick; the entire upgrade on my laptop with a 7200 rpm hard drive took all of maybe 22 mins start to finish for the upgrade, a clean install took about 14 mins start to finish
- after that's done and everything is working as expected - make sure that Windows 10 does show an activated status, then you can wipe it totally and do a completely clean installation and again, no Product Key will be required so just skip that the two times you'll be asked, once the install is done get online, once it connects with Microsoft it'll be activated
That's about it.

E ricarica tutto immagino
Ancora niente su MSDNAA, damn it...
Installato, 22 minuti in totale su SSD, tutto funge bene here
