Per quanto riguarda il V-sync viene abilitato in dx10, menrte in dx9 già esisteva, mentre per quanto riguarda il motion blur ed il post-processing permette si settarli separatamente, mentre prima si settava tutto con la voce post-processing.
E cmq non si tratta in nessun caso di dettagli, ma di effetti.

e anche in questo caso è cmq errato
sia il motiobn blur che il post procesing già c'erano
la patch 1.1 ne ha consentito la gestione separata. per quanto riguarda il V-sync, la patch ha corretto il bug che ne impediva l'attivazione sotto directx 10.
Quindi nessuna delle 4 patch in termini di effetti o di dettagli ha aggiunto nulla.
