Okay, innanzitutto il passare di auto in auto al volo è totalmente giustificato dalla trama, secondo, rende perfettamente giustizia allo spirito allegrotto e simpa dei primi due driver, terzo, se vuoi cercare una vera offesa giocati parallel lines che è lammerda

Upon visiting GMG's site, I liked their layout and the various sales they offered, so I also took the time to preorder Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition. I bought both in early July, and waited anxiously to receive the activation keys in my email.

This is where the story turns sour.

Despite receiving a notification of each of my purchases, and the notification of Darksiders II being ready to download, I didn't receive a key. I've still not received a key since they began distributing them, over a week and a half ago. I thought that this might just be a problem with the email notification system, so I went on the website to check the keys I had available. I was surprised to find that the site said, "I ha[ve] no games that required any keys." I didn't think much of it at the time, since the game still had 4 days to come out, and a forum post from the site mods stated that they were having a tough time distributing keys on time, but that they were still aware of the preload concerns most users would have.

Fair enough.

So, the release date rolls around, and still nothing.

At this point I'm a bit upset, but I know that the service has recently grown and might be understaffed, so I keep my cool and submit a ticket to customer support.

The ticket submission page promises that they respond to support requests in 2-3 business days at most, so I eagerly waited for someone to deliver my code.

On the third day, nobody had yet gotten back to me. I wasn't really upset at this point but was getting a bit anxious, so I decided to be proactive and post on the forums. I posted once on the tech support forums about my game, then searched the forums for any similar posts that I might either read for guidance or chime in to.

I was amazed to find many, many threads dedicated to people who'd had similar problems. Many had not received keys, and many others simply had games not appearing in their inventories despite having been charged for them. I added my case to the list, and awaited at least some kind of reply.

It is now a week after I've submitted my support ticket, and I still have not heard one word from Green Man Gaming.

I can understand the possible troubles in delivering product (even a digital one,) but what I cannot understand is the complete absence of ANY kind of customer service. Even a stock response, like "We have a team of experts working hard to resolve your issue," would have been better than just complete silence.

Honestly, at least acknowledge your customers. The forums are flooded with people who haven't received any contact whatsoever, to the point that some have not been contacted over the 60 days necessary to file a Paypal dispute. Green Man Gaming forum mods have told these unfortunate folks that there's nothing they can do to refund them, despite that all error is on their side. This sort of oversight is absolutely inexcusable.

Anyway, I just wanted to warn people about my Green Man Gaming experience. I've heard from many friends of mine that they haven't had any problems ordering from their service, but people should be aware that they might experience a similarly frustrating experience when ordering from them. They're a British company, so they're difficult and expensive to contact outside of inadequately acknowledged emails and support tickets.

It really seems hit and miss with these guys, so please be careful if you decide to order from them. I've had an extremely frustrating experience, and do not plan to ever use their distribution service again.

Ovvero che ha comprato(o meglio, preordinato) due giochi(il primo è Darksiders 2), che le hanno addebitato immediatamente sulla carta di credito, e poi non ha ricevuto niente, né una settimana prima dell'uscita di DS2 quando le Key venivano inviate, né in tempo per il preload, né dopo che il gioco è uscito; nel frattempo sono scaduti i 60 giorni entro i quali si può aprire una controversia su Paypal per riavere i giochi indietro, e nonostante GMG sia totalmente in torto non ha nessuna intenzione di tornare i soldi ai tantissimi altri che sono nella stessa barca e riempiono il loro forum di lamentele.
Ha provato a contattare il servizio di assistenza ma nessuno l'ha anche cagata e nessuno ha avvisato di quali problemi stessero avendo.

I have pre-ordered 3 games via GMG(One was once, the other two were both at the same time).

Each and every single time, they failed to deliver keys before the game was released. Each and every single time, it took a full day for keys to be given out to all purchasers. Each and every single time, people buying AFTER the game came out got keys while those who pre-purchased were stuck waiting.

GMG is fucking awful. Do not pre-purchase games from them, as they are consistently incompetent.

E' evidente che su GMG non hanno i mezzi per gestire la loro utenza in continua crescita, situazione che si vede sempre più spesso su internet.

Io sono contrario a farli (se compro ora, voglio ora).

molti rivenditori se vengono minacciati di segnalazione a paypal desistono e cercano per lo meno di trovare un punto d'incontro delle parti!

tipo, la situazione è diversa ovviamente ma quando presi la key di modern warfare 2 su un sito di sole chiavi (tipo g2play) appena la mia key venne bannata partii subito con una contestazione tramite paypal; nel giro di qualche ora sono stato contattato dai gestori del sito dicendomi che mi avrebbero rimborsato tutta la somma ma che avrei dovuto ritirare la contestazione

mi fa strano un supporto così scadente di gmg, mi son sempre trovato alla grande con loro e li stimo un sacco... forse il problema è appunto che ora han troppi utenti
